In order to provide an outstanding product we aim to source only the finest ingredients. Therefore whilst items are readily available, thier quality is at its best at certain times of the year. The selection may vary seasonally however should you have a craving for something particular please let us know and we will do our best to locate and supply it.

5 Canapes are supplied per person with a minimum of 10 people. We would be grateful if we could be given at least 3 days notice to source the freshest ingredients. Should you have more urgent requirement please do not hesitate to ask, we will do our utmost to accomadate your needs.
